Sentro 1771

Sentro 1771 is a restaurant serving Filipino cuisine. You can compare this to Abe, or Cafe Adriatico since they serve Pinoy dishes and prices are in the same range which are quite expensive for ordinary Filipinos. But forget the price, because we love the food here (at least for the dishes that we ordered) and of course for the attentive and friendly staff in their Serendra branch. We ordered Corned Beef Sinigang, as this is the house specialty. If you order sinigang, before it is served, a crew will come with a broth and ask you if the level of sourness is just right or you want it more or less, so it's the customer's choice sa asim. Well, their sinigang is great, but honestly, it has no distinct taste with the other sinigang except it has corned beef. What I like the most is their Sizzling Tofu which, by the way, we got as a complimentary as my buddy has "Enjoy" card. Their sizzling tofu costs around 250 pesos, which is really a must-try. We also have Tilapia Fillet in coconut milk which is good and their delicious strawberry shake.
